Tuscany Host Reward
The Tuscan Experience Reward shall be granted only after completion of a qualifying group trip meeting all program requirements. The Reward is non-transferable for cash, non-refundable, and may be redeemed by the host or reassigned to a third party, subject to these Terms and Conditions and availability.
Reward includes: 5-night stay in a Double Room at a Tuscan Villa Hotel; airport transfers to/from Florence Airport; pizza-making class at villa.

Redemption Terms & Conditions
🔒 Eligibility & Qualification
The Tuscany Host Reward is available only to approved hosts who successfully organize and confirm a private group meeting minimum participation and revenue requirements. Approval as a host does not guarantee eligibility for the reward.
👥 Minimum Group Requirement
The incentive is valid only for groups with a minimum of 10 fully paid participants. Bookings must meet all payment deadlines and contractual obligations.
💰 Revenue Protection Clause
The company reserves the right to determine eligibility based on overall trip viability, including but not limited to pricing structure, discounts applied, and total revenue generated.
📅 Redemption Terms
The Tuscany Host Reward must be redeemed within months of qualifying and is subject to availability, blackout dates, and seasonal pricing adjustments.
🚫 Non-Transferability
The reward may not be exchanged for cash or substituted for other services.
⚠️ Modification / Cancellation Protection
The company reserves the right to modify or withdraw the incentive at any time without prior notice; however, any host who has already met the qualifying requirements will retain their eligibility.
✈️ Travel Costs Not Included
Airfare, personal expenses, travel insurance, and incidental costs are not included unless explicitly stated.
🤝 Independent Host Clause
Hosts act as independent organizers and are not employees, agents, or legal representatives of the company.
📉 Underperformance Clause
If minimum participation is not met, the incentive will not be awarded, regardless of partial bookings or deposits received.
